How this website handles your information. It is short because the site does very little with it.

Who we are

This is the website of One Crown Square, Church Street East, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6HR. It is run by the building’s management on behalf of the landlord. What this site collects

When you submit an enquiry or request floor plans we collect your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company and telephone number, together with the content of your message. Nothing else on the site asks you for anything.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry about space in the building, and to follow up once about your requirements. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry that you started. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell your information.

Who else is involved

Vercel hosts this site and provides the visitor measurement described below. Resend delivers the emails your enquiry generates, and Google hosts the spreadsheet the building uses to keep track of enquiries and floor plan requests. If you allow it, Google also measures visits and advertising, using the cookies listed under Cookies. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone else.

Downloading a floor plan

We ask for your name and email before sending a floor plan, and the plan is emailed to you. We record that request alongside our other enquiries so the building knows who has asked about which floor, and so we can follow up once. The layout drawing itself is on the page for anyone to look at, without giving us anything.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies unless you agree. When you first visit, you are asked whether to allow two kinds, and nothing is set or sent to Google until you answer. You can accept both, refuse both, or choose one.

Analytics (Google Analytics) tells us which pages are read and how visitors find the site.
Advertising (Google Ads) tells us whether someone who clicked one of our adverts went on to make an enquiry, so we can see which adverts are worth running.

Our lawful basis for these is your consent. Google receives your IP address and details of your device and visit, and may process them outside the UK; how Google uses that information is explained at policies.google.com. Your answer itself is remembered in your browser’s local storage for a year, not in a cookie, so that you are not asked on every page.

You can change your mind at any time. reopens the choice, here or at the foot of every page, and turning something off deletes the cookies it set.

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without following you to other websites. It tells us that a page was viewed, not who viewed it.

The map

The map on our location page is served by Google, and Google does set cookies. That is precisely why it does not load until you click to load it. If you never click, Google is never contacted.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are dealing with them, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you would rather we deleted yours sooner, ask and we will.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Use the contact details at the top of this page. If you are not happy with how we respond, you can complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
