Privacy notice
How this website handles your information. It is short because the site does very little with it.
Who we are
This is the website of One Crown Square, Church Street East, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6HR. It is run by the building’s management on behalf of the landlord. If you have a question about your information, or want to make any of the requests below, contact us on 01483 725282 or frontofhouse@onecrownsquare.com.
What this site collects
When you submit an enquiry or request floor plans we collect your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company and telephone number, together with the content of your message. Nothing else on the site asks you for anything.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry about space in the building, and to follow up once about your requirements. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry that you started. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell your information.
Who else is involved
Vercel hosts this site and provides the visitor measurement described below. Resend delivers the emails your enquiry generates, and Google hosts the spreadsheet the building uses to keep track of enquiries and floor plan requests. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone else.
Downloading a floor plan
We ask for your name and email before sending a floor plan, and the plan is emailed to you. We record that request alongside our other enquiries so the building knows who has asked about which floor, and so we can follow up once. The layout drawing itself is on the page for anyone to look at, without giving us anything.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all. That is why you have not been asked to accept any, and why there is no consent banner. We are not making an exception for ourselves; there is simply nothing to consent to.
We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without following you to other websites. It tells us that a page was viewed, not who viewed it.
The map
The map on our location page is served by Google, and Google does set cookies. That is precisely why it does not load until you click to load it. If you never click, Google is never contacted.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we are dealing with them, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you would rather we deleted yours sooner, ask and we will.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Use the contact details at the top of this page. If you are not happy with how we respond, you can complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
