Inside the building
These are photographs of the finished building rather than visuals of an intended one: the reception and atrium, the breakout space on the floors, the meeting rooms, and the suites themselves.

Reception and arrival
A staffed reception under a double-height atrium. It is the first thing your visitors see, and the reason the building does not feel like its floor plate suggests.
Breakout space
Shared space on the floors as well as at ground level, in the building’s teal and timber. Somewhere to take a call, a coffee or a conversation that does not need a meeting room.
Meeting rooms
Bookable rooms across the building, so you are not paying rent on a boardroom you use once a week.
Kitchens and washrooms
Kitchens and tea points on the floors that have them, and washrooms and showers on site.
The office space
Suites come with new suspended ceilings, recessed lighting and air conditioning. Some have desking left in place, some are open plate for your own layout.
Getting around
Three twelve-person lifts, and floor numbering you can read from the far end of a corridor.
Photographs only go so far.
Viewings run from the reception desk, most days at short notice.
